1. Agreement to Terms

By using Medeq ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users — patients, doctors, compounders, and clinic administrators.

Simple version: Using Medeq = agreeing to these terms. That's it.

2. What Medeq Does

Medeq is a digital queue management platform for clinics in India. We allow:

  • Patients to book appointments and receive token numbers
  • Doctors and compounders to manage their patient queue digitally
  • Clinics to track appointments, revenue, and patient history

Medeq is a technology platform only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made solely by the licensed doctors on our platform.

3. User Accounts

For Patients

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to book appointments. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

For Doctors & Clinics

Doctors must provide a valid Medical Registration Certificate (MRC) during onboarding. Medeq reserves the right to verify and reject registrations that appear fraudulent or incomplete. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized persons may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payments & Fees

Convenience Fee (Patients)

Patients pay a small convenience fee (set by the doctor, typically ₹10–₹25) when booking an appointment. This fee is separate from the doctor's consultation fee and is collected by the clinic directly.

Platform Subscription (Doctors)

Doctors pay a monthly subscription to use Medeq. The first 3 months are completely free. Billing starts in Month 4. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹).

No hidden charges. What you see on the Pricing page is what you pay. We don't add surprise fees.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Book appointments with fraudulent or incorrect information
  • Use Medeq to impersonate a doctor or medical professional
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Post false reviews or ratings about doctors
  • Use automated bots to make bulk bookings
  • Share your account or login credentials with third parties

6. ️ Limitation of Liability

Medeq is not responsible for:

  • The quality of medical consultation provided by doctors
  • Appointment cancellations by doctors or clinics
  • Loss or damage resulting from system downtime
  • Any medical outcomes arising from consultations booked through our platform

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 3 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll notify you via SMS and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of Medeq after changes means you accept the new Terms.

8. ️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
