MedeQ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a clinic queue and health-management platform operated by Getpanecea Private Limited, registered at E-44, F/F, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave-II, N, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, South Delhi- 110025, Delhi, India. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025, we act as a Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
We collect this data directly from you when you register, book an appointment, or use the service. We do not collect more than we need for the purposes below.
We use your data only for these stated purposes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not show third-party advertising based on it.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you register or book, and, where applicable, for the legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide the service.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymise it.

If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data, we will delete it unless we are required to retain it by law.
We share data only with service providers who help us run MedeQ, under appropriate safeguards, and only as needed:
asia-south1) region.Your data is stored on infrastructure located in India. Where any processing involves transfer outside India, we do so only as permitted under the DPDP Act.
We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls that restrict patient records to the treating clinic, encryption in transit, app-integrity checks on our public services, and least-privilege rules on our database and file storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond quickly to any incident.

If a patient is under 18, the appointment must be booked and consented to by a parent or lawful guardian on the child’s behalf. We do not knowingly process a child’s personal data without such consent. If you believe a child’s data has been provided without proper consent, contact our Grievance Officer and we will address it.
We may update this policy as our service or the law evolves. We will post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes affecting your rights will be communicated where reasonably possible.
